Rosgosstrakh and Marketing Logic held a competition among insurance agents for knowledge of IT products

Rosgosstrakh insurance company and Marketing Logic held a competition among the employees of the insurance company for the knowledge and use of the professional digital service "Maps of Agents’ Sites"(MAS).

According to the terms of the competition, the activity coefficient of managers of agency groups and heads of insurance departments was evaluated. The Organizing Committee analyzed the speed, efficiency, volume and variety of tasks performed in the service: working with sites, assigning agents, creating, editing objects, and entering new information for each of them. The functionality of the GIS-based platform allows you to manage agents¬’ sites, plan visits to objects in the context of a branch, division, agent group manager and agent.

«Our task is for all sellers who actively conclude contracts for insurance of property of individuals, actively and productively use the “Agents’ Sales Card” in planning their work. The experience of working during the pilot project and the first waves of edition instill confidence that MAS will become a key tool for increasing sales for agents, as well as an indispensable program for NSOs and MAGs in planning the work of divisions and agency groups. For objective judging, knowledge and skills were evaluated in two groups: the first included more experienced employees, and the second-those who recently began working with the service "Maps of agents' sites". According to the results of the professional competition, the branches of Rosgosstrakh in the Samara region (first place among experienced teams) and the Republic of Udmurtia (first place in the group with less experience in the program) became the strongest in the team and individual standings. Fifty employees who participated in the competition received personal cash prizes.
